Paneer fry recipe

First take a bowl and add one tablespoon of kashmiri chili powder to that bowl, then 1/2 tsp pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, some turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp salt,Add 1 tsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic ginger paste, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, few chopped coriander leaves and some water and mix well. Then add a tablespoon of sunflower oil to it and mix well to form a paste.

After that you can add pieces of paneer to it and take it to coat, then you can leave this paneer to rust for 10-15 minutes.

Place a pan in the oven and when it is hot pour the coconut oil for frying. Paneer can be fried when it is hot

After frying and taking it out we can transfer it to a plate, now add some chopped coriander leaves and now our cool Paneer Fry is ready, now we can serve it hot!
